In the end we are happy, and will be definitely coming back.

Nolan was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining everything to me and answering my questions. Our loan closed on time, and as expected. I've used Nolan to refinance my mortgage every other year for the past 8 years. It has been great every time, which is why I keep going back to him. If a refinance does not benefit me, he will explain why, not push one through just to get a benefit to him. He's honest and devoted to his job.

We were in a very tough situation having a come out of a foreclosure and two short sales. After several years trying to recover our credit still wasn't the best but we were finally able to get pre-approved. After working with a prior lender and getting no where (in fact he just stopped returning our calls!) we decided to give Nolan a call. (something we should have done at the beginning!) He was able to find us an incredible loan program and rate and work with us every step of the way. We had several obstacles to overcome but after looking over our situation, Nolan felt he would be able to get things done and he did. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will tell you exactly like he sees it. He has had the experience to back what he knows, which is so invaluable in this industry. He always responded to missed calls within minutes and gave us all the time we needed to make sure we understood where things were in the process and what we needed to do to move things forward. I can't recommend him enough!
